Confusing local law with federal enforcement weakens both. Due process is not optional it is the law. Let us stand for clear roles, fair treatment, and trusted authority.

💬 Our Culture is Confused. Idaho Must Stand Clear.
We are in the midst of a deep identity crisis, not just as individuals, but as a nation. Children are being told they can change their sex. Laws are being rewritten to redefine reality. What used to be common sense is now considered controversial.
But moral clarity is not extremism. It is the foundation of civilization.
I’m running to represent Idaho’s District 6 with a commitment to principled truth and measured leadership, not out of hostility to those who are confused, but out of deep concern for their well-being and the future of our republic.
🔍 The Heart of the Issue

Transgender ideology is not just a political issue, it is a moral and anthropological one. It asks us to deny biological truth, redefine identity, and subject our children to irreversible medical changes. These are not rights, they are adult choices that require individual consent.
The confusion many face today is real, but the solution is not more confusion. It is compassion guided by reality.
This campaign does not seek to impose religion by law. But it does recognize this truth: every law rests on some moral vision. Our public policies must reflect the created order, the dignity of the body, and the good of the whole person.
📜 Principles Over Personalities
This campaign isn’t about political celebrity. It’s about restoring moral order.
We Believe:
Truth is not a trend. There is male and female, and these are not negotiable.
Freedom is not moral chaos. A free society must be rooted in objective reality.
Compassion is not capitulation. To love our neighbor is to speak truth, even when it’s hard.
These are not sectarian beliefs. They are truths written into the created world, accessible through reason, conscience, and common grace. Yes, my Christian faith gives me a lens, but I do not ask Idahoans to share my theology. I ask only that we preserve the wisdom that has guided every stable society in history.

Defend parental rights in all education and health decisions.
Promote counseling rooted in truth, not ideology.

Preserve women’s sports, spaces, and protections.
Reject state mandates that enforce gender lies in schools and workplaces.
Require that public documents reflect biological truth.
✅ Protect Free Conscience and Speech
Defend churches, doctors, and citizens from coercion. Preserve Idaho as a refuge for moral sanity and responsible liberty. Ensure state agencies respect science, conscience, and the Constitution.

Your body is not your enemy. It is a gift.
You are not the sum of your feelings. You are worth more than your pain. The path forward is not found in suppressing reality, it is found in recovering it.

I do not speak as a pastor. I am not running to enforce theology. But I will not pretend that truth and justice can be separated from moral reality.
Our Constitution guarantees religious freedom, not moral relativism. And as your representative, I will fight to protect both the free exercise of faith and the common good rooted in truth.

Declaration of Independence for Hemp

As Representatives of the People, in the Pursuit of Liberty and Natural Rights
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for individuals and communities to reclaim the natural rights endowed by their Creator, and to assume among the powers of the earth the equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to this declaration.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all plants are created with intrinsic value, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are the right to grow, utilize, and benefit from hemp. That to secure these rights, organizations are instituted among the people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. Whenever any form of prohibition becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new measures, laying their foundation on such principles and organizing their powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that policies long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly, all experience hath shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute prohibition, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such prohibition, and to provide new guards for their future security.
Such has been the patient sufferance of these organizations; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former systems of prohibition. The history of hemp prohibition is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute tyranny over this beneficial plant. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.
Hemp, a plant of significant agricultural and industrial value, has been unjustly maligned and prohibited, depriving farmers of a versatile and sustainable crop.
The prohibition has stifled medical research and denied patients access to hemp-based therapeutic remedies.
Industrial applications of hemp, which could provide eco-friendly alternatives in manufacturing, have been suppressed.
Nutritional benefits inherent in hemp seeds and oils have been withheld from the populace.
Environmental advantages of hemp cultivation, including soil remediation and carbon sequestration, have been ignored.
In every stage of these oppressions, we have petitioned for redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A policy whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a tyranny, is unfit to govern a free people.
We, therefore, the representatives of Montana Hempfest (501c3), BoiseHempfest.org, and AlaskaHempfest.org, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the name, and by authority of the good people of these organizations, solemnly publish and declare, that these united organizations are, and of right ought to be free to cultivate, utilize, and promote hemp; that they are absolved from all allegiance to unjust prohibition, and that all connection between them and such prohibition is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as free and independent entities, they have full power to cultivate hemp, establish commerce, contract alliances, establish industries, and to do all other acts and things which independent entities may of right do. And for the support of this declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor.

The Right to Cultivate.
Hemp, being an ancient and beneficial crop, shall not be prohibited from cultivation by any free people. Farmers and stewards of the land shall have the right to grow hemp without undue restriction, licensing, or interference.
The Right to Commerce.
The trade and sale of hemp and its derived products shall be free from excessive taxation, regulatory overreach, and monopolization. No entity, public or private, shall hold unjust dominion over hemp commerce.
The Right to Medicine.
Hemp, in all its forms, shall be recognized for its medicinal and therapeutic benefits. No person shall be denied access to hemp-based remedies, nor shall any governing body impede the research, development, or use of hemp for healing purposes.
The Right to Industry.
Hemp shall be restored as a pillar of commerce, manufacturing, and sustainable industry. Its fiber, oil, and seeds shall be freely utilized in the production of textiles, paper, fuel, and countless other goods.
The Right to the Soil.
Hemp shall be embraced as a crop that restores soil health, mitigates erosion, and absorbs toxins. The land, given by God for our sustenance, shall not be deprived of the benefits of hemp cultivation.
The Right to Food and Nutrition.
Hemp seeds and oil, being among the most nutritious substances known to mankind, shall be recognized as a rightful part of the human diet. No government shall impede the farming, processing, or distribution of hemp as food.
The Right to Freedom from Persecution.
No citizen shall be harassed, fined, or imprisoned for the cultivation, possession, or use of hemp in any form. Any past wrongs committed under unjust prohibition shall be acknowledged, and those affected shall be restored.
The Right to Environmental Stewardship.
Hemp shall be championed as an alternative to deforestation, fossil fuel dependency, and synthetic pollutants. Policies shall reflect its value as an eco-friendly solution to global industrial challenges.
The Right to Research and Innovation.
The study of hemp’s potential shall not be hindered. Universities, entrepreneurs, and independent researchers shall be free to explore and expand the applications of hemp without restriction.
The Right to Sovereignty.
The people, not corporations nor the government, shall retain the ultimate authority over hemp. Any law, ordinance, or treaty that seeks to suppress the natural rights of individuals to engage with hemp shall be deemed void and of no effect.
Thus, we, the people, assembled in the spirit of liberty and prosperity, declare these rights to be undeniable, and we demand that hemp be restored to its rightful place among the resources of our great land. With firm reliance on divine Providence, we mutually pledge to defend these rights with our voices, our hands, and our sacred honor.
